Important Announcement: There was a typo in the Fall/Winter Mohnton Navigator that was sent out to Mohnton residents. The 2026 County Real Estate Tax Bills have NOT been mailed out yet!!!! They will begin arriving at homes starting on March 1, 2026. If you do not receive your 2026 County Real Estate Tax Bill by March 15, 2026, please reach out to Aimee Kercher at ALD5169@live.com to request a copy or call her at (610)781-9247. Please refrain from calling the Borough about taxes and please do not call Aimee before 3/15/2026. Thank you! 

TAX INFORMATION:

1) County Real Estate Tax Bills are not mailed out until March 1st, 2026.
Please do not call or email prior to March 1st.

2) Mailing addresses for tax bills cannot be changed in the system by the Tax Collector- the County Assessment office is who needs to be contacted at 610-478-6262 to make that change.

3) Discount period is March 1st to April 30th, 2026. Must be postmarked before or on April 30th to honor the discount period. If not, postmarked on or prior to April 30th, 2026, payment and bill will be mailed back to you.

Governor Mifflin School District will be processing the 2026 School RE and Per Capita Taxes.
The bills will be issued in July.
Mail payments to: Fulton Bank. Mailing address listed on tax bill.
No in person payments at branch locations.
Make checks payable to: Governor Mifflin School District.
Please write your phone number on the check. Cash is not accepted. If you would like a receipt -
include a self addressed stamped envelope.
No Sitting Hours: 
Mohnton Tax Collector and Mohnton Borough Hall will no longer accept School RE and Per Capita bills.
If mailed to PO Box 97, or the Borough Hall - payments will be returned to you.
