MOHNTON BOROUGH PERMIT PROCEDURES:

For RESIDENTIAL use, a $50 non-refundable application fee (check) needs to be sent to Mohnton Borough with the appropriate permit application. Check made out to Mohnton Borough.

For COMMERCIAL use, a $150 non-refundable application fee (check) needs to be mailed or brought to the Mohnton Borough with the appropriate permit application. Check made out to Mohnton Borough.

Applications will be forwarded to our Codes engineer (Technicon), for processing.
When permit is ready for pickup AT THE BORO, we will call you and inform you if there is a balance due.

RESIDENTIAL PROCESS TIME: 15 working days
COMMERCIAL PROCESS TIME: 30 working days

 

PLEASE NOTE:

All permit applications must be submitted with three copies of any plans and supporting documentation.
Commercial permit applications require signed and sealed drawings.
